Area Sales Manager

BedrijfsomschrijvingThe Area Sales Manager manages business partners and designated country markets to reach agreed turnover and profit objectives and achieve the desired market position within the scope of the mid- and long term strategy as defined by the management. The area of responsibility includes Scandinavia, Benelux, Israel and Greece.FunctieomschrijvingKey activities: 1. Build good business partner and key account relations, ensure proper sales and product training, manage performance and take appropriate actions within Area Sales Manager mandate. 2. Gather, consolidate, analyze and report internal and external sales and marketing data using internal and external sources.3. Plan, negotiate, agree and control the annual sales budget for the designated area in order to achieve sales turnover and gross-profit targets and negotiate regular and spot business opportunities for the responsible area within the Area Sales Manager mandate.4. Based on Omron core strategy, may execute the annual regional action plan including sales and marketing activities and manage cost within allocated expense budgets.5. Manage business partner forecast and the phase in-out of old and new products in close co-operation with the marketing department and supply chain management department.6.
